Kimathi Student Centre has been structured to fit students with different financial capabilities.

Students who wish to share rooms will benefit from affordable rental payments while those that pay in full by the beginning of every semester will benefit from a discounted price of less Ksh. 500.

The rooms consists of a chair, a table, a lockable shelf each for every occupant.
The rooms are also fitted with security gadgets with the inclusion of fire alarms.
Some of the two twin rooms have been partitioned for a detailed privacy.

The students are expected to pay the following amounts as tabulated in the
table above. Deposit is equivalent to a month refundable fee and room fee is equivalent to one month rent.
